About This Project

Morse Cottage was built in 1893 and is now a completely renovated historic classic Colonial Revival located at Fountain Square in the heart of Larchmont Manor.

The Morse Cottage Project was an extensive full home restoration with the priority of keeping the home’s historic and colonial integrity while restoring its full potential and functionality. The house included Ten rooms, including four bedrooms on the second floor, with new sound and thermal insulated walls and ceilings, new wide plank oak hardwood floors, new cedar shake and copper roofs, new Marvin windows and doors. The gorgeous dine-in kitchen has inset Grabill cabinetry, polished Statuary marble counters including a center island, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and Wolf six-burner stove. Kitchen and Dining Room French Doors lead out to a large screened porch for alfresco dining.
